Dock Appointment Guidelines

Appointments are required for all pickups and deliveries.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Drivers must present valid ID and Load ID upon arrival.
Dock times are offered in 30-minute slots from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM–1:00 PM).

Appointment Type * Choose Pickup for outbound loads or Delivery for inbound loads, then enter the Load ID or Reference below.

Load ID / Reference * Must match the Load ID or Reference on the freight record: OBL for Pickup, IBL for Delivery.
