• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss for shipped products will be specified in your service agreement, typically passing to the consignee upon delivery to the carrier.
• Delivery Issues: Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be reported within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or redelivery.

Intellectual Property
